1. Discovery Call
We start with a free intro call to ensure this VIP Intensive is the right fit for you. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and where you need the most support.

2. Business Questionnaire
Once you're on board, I’ll send you a detailed business questionnaire to gather all the information I need to make our VIP Intensive as effective as possible. This helps me tailor your experience to your specific needs and ensure we hit the ground running.

3. Preparation & Online Portal
In preparation for our day together, I will create a personalized online portal with your agenda, pre-session materials, and all the resources you’ll need during and after our session. This sets the stage for a seamless and productive VIP Intensive.

4. Your VIP Intensive
We will spend 6 focused hours together (including breaks as needed) working through your specific business goals. Whether it’s refining your business vision, creating actionable growth strategies, addressing operational challenges, or solving any current roadblocks, we’ll leave no stone unturned. By the end of the day, you’ll walk away with a complete roadmap to take your business to the next level.

5. Post-VIP Day Support
After our VIP Intensive, I’ll send you a comprehensive summary of everything we discussed, including clear action steps for the next 30 days. But our work doesn’t stop there— you’ll have access to me Monday through Friday via Voxer for 30 days for any follow-up questions or ongoing support you need as you implement your new strategy.

  • If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to gain clarity in your business, this VIP Day is designed for you. We’ll dive deep into your unique situation and come up with an actionable plan tailored to your specific goals. Prior to confirming your spot, you'll have a free, 30-minute Discovery Call to ensure you're a right fit for the program, and that I am the right coach for you.

  • Voxer is a walkie-talkie style app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages in real-time. After your VIP Day, you’ll have access to me via Voxer Monday through Friday for 30 days to ask any follow-up questions, share updates, and receive ongoing support as you implement your strategy.

  • Life happens, and I understand that emergencies and sickness can arise. I ask for as much notice as possible (ideally one week) if you need to reschedule. If something unexpected happens the day of your session (such as waking up sick), I offer one rescheduling at no charge. However, if you need to reschedule a second time, a 10% administrative fee will apply.

  • The VIP Intensive investment is $2500 USD. A $500 USD deposit is required to secure your spot, and the remaining balance is due the day before our scheduled session. Please note that there are no refunds once payment is made.

  • Absolutely! Your VIP Intensive is fully customized to address your unique business needs. Whether it's refining your vision, tackling operational issues, or overcoming marketing challenges, we’ll work through it together to create actionable solutions.
