Not at all. Many of our clients start out solo or with just a contractor or two. We’ll help you design the right team for your stage of growth, so when you hire, it actually lightens your load instead of adding more stress.

We specialize in supporting purpose-driven service providers, especially in health, wellness, coaching, and leadership, who are ready to grow sustainably. Most of our clients are earning between $60K–$500K+ per year and are committed to scaling with clarity, systems, and support.
How do I know if I’m choosing the right program?
