• Business coaching and consulting (including Flare, Rising, Luminary, and intensives).

• Digital courses, workshops, and webinars (live and on-demand).

• Downloadable materials (lead magnets, guides, templates, toolkits).

• Access to private online communities hosted on FG Funnels or related platforms.

4. Account Registration

Certain features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Unless explicitly stated in program-specific terms, all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

• Program Guarantees: Some programs may include performance-based guarantees, subject to specific eligibility requirements (such as proof of completed work). These guarantees differ by program and are provided only as outlined in program-specific terms.

• Subscriptions & Renewals: Certain programs (e.g., Rising and Luminary) are billed on a subscription basis and will automatically renew until you provide at least 30 days’ written notice of cancellation.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. We strictly prohibit:

• Harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct.

• Sharing offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.

• Misuse of community spaces or program resources.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, without refund, for violation of these standards.

7. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All materials provided by Hakkola Horizons, LLC—including but not limited to courses, templates, guides, PDFs, videos, recordings, and community content—are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for your personal and business use.

• You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or otherwise make our materials available to third parties without written permission.

• Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

8. Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Results: Coaching and consulting are designed to provide tools, strategies, and support, but results depend on your effort, business conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee outcomes unless explicitly stated in program-specific terms.

• No Professional Advice: Our services do not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You should consult licensed professionals for such matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hakkola Horizons, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
