Refund Policy

At Hakkola Horizons, LLC, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality coaching services, programs, and resources. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases of coaching sessions, packages, courses, memberships, and related services. By purchasing and/or using our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of coaching, consulting, and digital products, payments and deposits are non-refundable except as expressly outlined in this policy or in program-specific terms. We encourage clients to carefully review service details, packages, and commitments before purchasing.
2. Coaching Sessions & Packages
• Private 1:1 Coaching: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Multi-Session Packages: Payments for private multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session has commenced. Early discontinuation does not entitle clients to partial refunds.
• Group Programs (Flare, Rising, etc.): Group coaching sessions are held on set dates and times. If a client is unable to attend, the session cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or refunded. Access to recordings or supplemental materials (if provided) will serve as the only make-up option.
3. Programs, Courses & Memberships
• Digital Courses & Programs: Because clients receive immediate access to proprietary materials and intellectual property, all course purchases are non-refundable.
• Flare Program: May include a program-specific refund guarantee, subject to strict eligibility requirements. Details are provided at enrollment.
• Rising & Luminary Programs: Billed on a subscription basis with automatic renewal until canceled with 20 days’ written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed. Where guarantees apply, remedies may include extended support rather than a refund.
• Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Technical issues preventing access to purchased services or materials, where the issue cannot be resolved.
• Failure on the part of Hakkola Horizons, LLC to deliver a service as agreed upon in writing.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Hakkola Horizons, LLC.
5. Program Guarantees
Some programs may offer conditional guarantees. To qualify, clients must meet all stated requirements, including participation, submission of required work, and completion of all program components. Failure to meet these criteria voids any guarantee. Specific program guarantee terms will be outlined at the time of enrollment.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching and consulting are collaborative processes. While we provide proven strategies, tools, and accountability, results depend on each client’s commitment and actions. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes, progress, or perceived value.
7. Conduct and Termination
Clients who engage in harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior may have their access to programs or services immediately terminated without refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
Hakkola Horizons, LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
