Here’s a breakdown of everything included in our 12-month Coaching Program to accelerate your business’ transformation.

  • Start your coaching journey with an in-depth onboarding process designed to understand your business, identify key opportunities, and lay the groundwork for transformative growth.

  • Receive twenty; 60-minute, experience focused, high-impact coaching sessions per year (average 2 per month except January, July & December) where we’ll address your biggest business challenges, strategize solutions, and set and execute clear, actionable growth plans. Each session is a powerful opportunity to gain clarity, refine your approach, and ensure consistent momentum.

  • Kickstart your year with a powerful, collaborative, half-day planning session every January. You’ll set inspiring annual goals, outline strategic priorities, and create a roadmap that sets you up for a successful and impactful year.

  • Recalibrate and refocus every quarter with dedicated half-day planning sessions. We’ll review progress, refine strategies, and set priorities for the next quarter, ensuring your business stays on track and aligned with your overarching vision.

  • Gain access to a series of 2-hour live workshops offered throughout the year, designed to address the critical needs of service-based businesses. These interactive sessions cover a range of essential topics, including:

    • Developing your business model

    • Time management strategies

    • Hiring and managing a high-performing team

    • Creating systems and processes for efficiency

    • Building effective brand messaging

    • Marketing strategies to attract your ideal clients

    I aim to offer at least six workshops annually, ensuring you have access to the tools and knowledge needed to grow and scale your business effectively. These trainings provide actionable insights and practical takeaways to help you implement changes immediately.

  • Embark on a comprehensive, step-by-step journey with access to essential resources, including videos, worksheets, forms, and templates tailored to each stage of the HORIZONS Method. Each tool is designed to simplify your scaling process, enhance your strategic planning, and empower you to achieve lasting business success. These materials are a valuable supplement to our coaching sessions, providing support to implement strategies effectively and confidently.

  • Receive ongoing support and guidance with Voxer, a walkie-talkie style app, for instant communication. Whether you’re facing a challenge, need quick advice, or want to celebrate a win, I’m just a message away—keeping you supported and empowered between our coaching sessions. Available to you 44 weeks per year, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern. We take holidays for approximately 4 weeks in Dec/Jan and 4 weeks in July.
